The Dishes Are DONE, Man

i went to blue hole a few days ago . it is a place where people go and jump off huge rocks into water that is 80 feet deep. it is about an hour from where i live. it felt like a road trip. it was me, my best friend and three other guys . i honestly felt like i was in the movie the whole time. we arrived at the destination and the sheriff of the town wanted to talk to us to make sure we were not up to any trouble. after we parked the car , we had to take a hike up a huge hill and then walk for a mile . during our walk we had to walk across two railroad tracks that were extremely high up . i am really afraid of heights so it really helped me overcome my fear. once we finally reached our actual destination, i could not believe my eyes. it was so beautiful and calming . there were waterfalls, and the water was pretty . everyone was jumping off of the big rocks and into the water. it took alot of convincing from my friends , but it was finally my turn to jump. i was holding my friends hand and he told me to just not think of it and just jump. after a few seconds i told him i was ready and we jumped holding hands. jumping off this rock was the scariest thing i have ever done in my life. i felt as though i was suspended in the air. just falling , falling , falling . it was the scariest feeling in the world, bursting with the happiest feeling in the world. such an adrenaline rush . after feeling like i had been in the air for centuries, we hit the water. i did it . i overcame my fear. and i did it. whatever you are afraid to do in in life, just remember, you only live once, and life is too short to let your fears possess you . just let go and do it .
" This place is a crock! We're never gonna make it through the summer."
